Tulsa Tuck Pointing
There are a variety of things that can cause cracks in your brick walls, and they need to be addressed as soon as possible. When left open, those cracks will allow the wall to settle and allow water to penetrate, causing, even more, problems. This cracking of the bricks and mortar can be caused by a variety of things such as post-construction settlement, faulty construction and engineering, earthquakes and tremors, and more.
The method of fixing this problem is tuckpointing which is removing the affected bricks, scraping away the old mortar, applying new mortar, and returning the brick. Sometimes the bricks themselves need to be replaced, as well.
